All bookings must be made 72 hrs in advance.
You can check in for your stay from 2pm on the day of your arrival.
A security deposit will be required at the time of checking in. We secure the funds via a pre-authorisation against a debit or credit card (the funds are not taken from your account). The amount is to cover any incidental charges (cleaning fees, damages etc.) and will be released within 7 days after checking out.
You must check-out no later than 10am. Due to time limitations for cleaning, we cannot currently offer a late check-out service.
Bookings can accommodate 2 additional guests for during the day of your stay. Guests must leave the accommodation no later than 10pm.
48 hours prior to your booking, you will receive an email with all the information about your booking, along with links to order forms for your champagne and food.
Cancellations must be made no less than 7 days prior to your booking, late cancellations may mean that we are unable to provide a refund.
We do not offer refunds on food & drinks that have been ordered as part of your stay.
